About Me

Hi, I’m Job. I’m a Life Coach

I practices a myriad of modalities including NLP, Inner Child Healing, Gestalt Therapy, Journey Work, and more.

Having been an entrepreneur and business owner for years, I know the importance of self-improvement but I also understand first-hand that it can be easier said than done. We weren’t created to do this alone, and I’m here to personally guide you from where you are to where you’d like to be

My mission

Show you the way towards a path of happiness filled with ease and joy

Support you in creating meaningful connections

Help you to add your unique value to our world

My philosophy is that happiness, ease, and good relations are not a place we reach but rather it is through these that we reach the place we’re seeking. By assisting you in eliminating whatever is in your way, you are able to expand into a state of utter bliss and harmony.

Being raised in a catholic and intellectual family as the youngest of six children, I grew up in a small village in the south of the Netherlands as ‘imports.’ That stamp could describe somewhere between ‘alien’ and ‘not one of us.’ Still, I’d prefer ‘strange but interesting.’

Nonetheless, feeling like an outsider stuck with me until I was 12 years old. But being the youngest of six children, with a father and a sister who struggled with mental health, I made a promise to myself. I swore I’d always look for outside help if I ever needed it.

In my thirties, I began diving headfirst into personal development. I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, but instead of being a joyful experience, I was more focused on the weight, struggle, and heaviness that comes with that.

For me, it started with a book called “Unlimited Power” by Tony Robbins. I wanted to know more, so I completed an NLP practitioner training; at that stage, I had to coach myself more than others. Although I would often coach my friends (wanted and unwanted), I continued the path of self-development merely for myself.

When my dad suddenly died and I struggled to manage my grief and emotions, a deeper dive into myself began with the help of Gestalt Therapy, Regression Therapy, Family Constellations, Journey Work, etc.

The inner work liberated me from the most significant trauma and drama and improved my life in all aspects. But the tricky part was that I was unconsciously carrying around negativity and struggle until I discovered a methodology that efficiently clears negative beliefs, behavior, and emotions.

Although my life was already improving daily, I still found myself tired because of effort and struggle in my business. I would get offended and hurt by ‘other people’ when they lacked appreciation towards me or my actions. Unexpected events which I could classify as unfavorable could trigger me and ruin my day.

The good news is that

I have now cleared all (or most) of that in the last couple of years simply by using some incredibly effective techniques and methodologies that I now use to help my clients.

If you are at a place where you feel you’re searching for a life of ease–

I’ve been there, and I get it.

My purpose is to show you the way back home to the person you were created to be and live a life full of peace.

If you are an entrepreneur

Struggling with Stress or Anxiety

Feeling unappreciated and unloved

Struggling to claim your space and speak your truth

I’d love to be a part of guiding you through the process of uncovering the layers in which pure potential lives. It’s within you and I believe in you!

I am Job, living with my wife and three teenagers in Hilversum.

Since 2015, I have been increasingly approached by people around me as a sparring partner/coach, whatever you want to call it. In recent years, I have actively kept time free in my schedule to be a sounding board for mainly busy professionals between the ages of 35-55.

I live near nature and I walk an average of about 40 kilometers per week. Walking is a breath of fresh air for me, as I am not good at sitting still. 😊 Many of my coaching sessions are done outdoors, while walking. But there is always the option to work indoors in my coaching space.

Appreciation, balance, anger, and being connected. These themes I have extensively experienced and explored myself in recent years and through the multiple coaching trainings I have completed. My fascination lies in how we view our world and how this affects our emotions, our actions, and so our life. I have a large toolkit of methods and interventions. I draw a lot of inspiration and methods from the work of Tony Robbins, Bashar, Brandon Bays, Nick Breau, and many more.

Central to my approach is slowing down to become (more) aware of what we think, what we belief to be true, and what we feel. I do not work according to a fixed methodology, but I use a backpack full of tools. It is beautiful to see and experience that listening, asking questions, walking, short activations, and interventions can lead to real and deep changes in the dozens of people I have guided over the past years.
