How do we do that?
We meet twice a month for an hour to an hour and a half. At least once a month, we’ll have a face-to-face meeting. Since I enjoy walking, and if you prefer not to sit still, you’re in luck: we combine our sessions with nature walks around Hilversum.
Our sessions start with your goals—what you want to be, do, or have. We may also address what you want to move away from. I will guide you in letting go of limiting beliefs and help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. Sometimes, this involves experiencing blockages physically in your body, as solutions are often found not just in the mind but in the body.
From this new, conscious way of being and living, we work towards creating a situation or state of being that you find ideal. Between our appointments, I’ll occasionally send you short reminders via WhatsApp, as I understand that a little extra encouragement in daily life can be very effective.

What is the difference between life coaching and counseling?
All the while coaching focuses on what is possible for the future. It’s action oriented and supportive in helping clients move towards their ambitions.

My clients pay by bank transfer or credit card (via PayPal). Some business clients pay via their company invoicing system.
